The rule

A new category name makes buyers learn something. An old one makes them remember something. Learning takes three years you don't have, so go find the word that's already sitting in their budget and claim you're the version that finally works.

Why it matters

They stopped naming the thing only they had. In 2024 the subheadline said Droids, a noun no competitor could use. Today the hero says the industrial revolution for software development, over the autonomy stack for enterprise teams. That second line does name a buyer, which is real work. But every AI company on earth can claim an industrial revolution, and every one of them can claim an autonomy stack. The rule from Cold Open 018 is to own the one word your competitors cannot put in their own headline. Factory had that word and took it off the page.
